The Channel
The Interstate Channel The Top Car Channel Doesn't Have Traffic Lights But The Bottom Car Channel Does. The Local Channel The Top Car Channel Has Traffic Lights And The Bottom Car Channel Does Also.
This Is What Ties Everything Together Efficiently Elevation Above Sea Level Is Very Important, To Sewage, Operation, And Safety Conditions. If Construction Of The Channel's Cannot Be Built In The Ground Above Sea Level, Then They Will Be Built Upon 50 Feet Of Ground Laid Down First That Is Above Sea Level, And Then Covered Up With 50 Feet Of Dirt After They Are Built. The Underground Constructions Is Important To Be Covered By At Least 50 Foot Of Dirt On All Sides, The City, The Channels. The Bottom Of The City Can Not Be Built Less Than 300 Feet Above Sea Level.

The Interstate Channel This Is The Standard Used For The Major Loop Connecting East and West Coast Non-Stop With No Cross Traffic For Trains Or Vehicles, This Is A Interstate Pathway That Circles Lower United States and Then Up To Upper United States. Also Used For Major Highway Channels Running North and South or Other Major Highways Like Interstates. All Cross Traffic Of Channels Uses The Pass -Thru Part Of The Channel, The Major Loop Does Not Make Changes, The Intersecting Channel Makes The Changes. The Bottom Of This Interstate Channel Can Not Be Built Less Than 50 Feet Above Sea Level, and It Must Be 50 Feet Under Ground. That Makes It's Height From Sea Level To Ground Level, = 384 Feet = Sea Level To Ground Level At The Top

The Local Channel This Is The Standard Highway For Housing, Smaller Communities, Stores, Parking, Malls, Rest Areas, Using Two Way or One Way Traffic The Local Channel Is For Streets In Housing Areas and Businesses. This Local Channel Is Used For Entrance/Exit Of The Interstate Channel, and Is What You Use To Pass-Thru To Change Sides of The Interstate Channel. It Is 1/2 Of The Interstate Channel Without The Train Channel Above, That Can Be Added At A Later Time If Desired. All Small Towns Branching Off The Interstate Channel Would Use The Local Channel For Two Way Traffic or One Way's In Some Cases. Smaller Towns Would Be Connected Using This Channel Along With Housing and Businesses Built On It. Everywhere the Channel Goes So Follows The Waste Channel Underneath. The Waste Channel Underneath Is Never Built Underneath The Housing, Parking, Businesses, Etc., But Built Only Under The Highways. You Can See How Important It Will Be To Set How Far Above Sea Level It Will Be, To Make Waste Water To Flow To Water Treatment Plants That The Waste Water Will Empty At. The Waste Channel Has No End, But Has A Lowest Point. Within The State, Of Each Of The United States , The Level Will Be Set For Each Added Structure, So All Structures On The Channel Will Flow Properly To The Water Treatment Plant or Plants. The Bottom Of This Local Channel Can Not Be Built Less Than 50 Feet Above Sea Level, and It Is 157 Feet Under Ground, or Part Of Housing/Business Section If Different (Could Be Higher Above Sea Level). That Makes It's Height From Sea Level To Ground Level, = 384 Feet = Sea Level To Ground Level At The Top That Allows For The 107 Feet Not Used By The Train Domain Above To Be Added At A Later Time If Desired.
