Earthquake Fault Lines

I don't have a lot to say about this, except in building underground it would be best to stay away from a fault line. If a Channel must pass thru a fault line, I believe a sleeve that can slip within itself should be built outside the channel. That way when the earth moves hopefully the sleeve will slip and move while the Channel does not.
